Returns:

We accept returns on most unopened tea packages within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@assamvalleytea.com with your order details and reason for the return.

Please keep in mind the following conditions for returns:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges:
